1. Signed contract and $200.00 non refundable date hold deposit must be received before your date will be added to the calendar.
2. 50% Deposit must be received 30 days before your event.
3. One week before your event we will require your final guaranteed guest count .
4. Final payment is due based upon final guarantee on the day of the event.
5. If for any reason the event is canceled 72 hrs or less prior to the event. All deposits paid will be held to cover expenses already incurred by Anderson Family Catering & BBQ.
